New Sound system not working?

I recently purchased a set of LOGITECH Z-5500 5.1 SPEAKERS + Sub. They worked perfectly last night, but this morning when i tried to power them up, i turned the master power switch back on, and the power didn't seem to come through to the control panel, making it not able to work.

Warranty is still up.

Click Start, click Run then type dxdiag, ok. Choose the sound tab. You should see your device and driver there and even test the sound. If the device or driver is not there, try reinstalling your soundcard driver.

Check output vol. contrl.
