In zoology section you have posed this question without being communicative as far as words are concerned.
Animals communicate through voice, gestures, movements of body parts, and pheromones.You can communicate through writing, through the tools you have like computer. A man can communicate diseases like flu, tuberculosis etc. Such are called communicable diseases.
