Well, maybe you should go watch a movie with either your
best friends or the whole group of 5-7 people. & then afterwards
go to an icecream place like dairyqueen or coldstones for
example & get some icecream for each person. OR go back
home after the movies & blow out your birthday candles +
eat your cake (:

Or maybe have a little birthday party @ your house with
a dvd movie & popcorn?

That depends on your interests. Do you have a favorite TV show or book series? You could try a themed party. Another idea since you aren't having many ideas would to be going to see a movie. You could also have a slumber party with the traditional games.

Make up invitations on your PC inviting your friends to a costume party! Use a theme like everyone dresses up in fancy clothes or something from Harry Potter? Be creative and your guests will be talking about it forever!

omg im turning 13 too! I'm having my party in a few weeks. Im having 15 girls over for a pool party and then they are all going to sleep over. I think you should totally go with a slumber party! They are so much fun! Every year, I have make your own ice cream sundaes with like a million toppings (you can get creative with those), and then we watch a movie (I ususally go with a horror movie, but it doesnt really matter). We play like twister and we take lots of crazy pictures, and listen to alot of music. If you have an iPod, then make a playlist and play the playlist at your party. make sure you have the snacking essentials such as
~Pizza
~regular chips
~Corn chips (like tostidos)
~ Salsa (If you want to get really creative you can take the corn chips and buy this pack of two cans of salsa and one can of nacho cheese and mix it up and pour it over the chips! its really good!)
assorted candy (M&Ms, that type of stuff)
~Drinks like Powerade, lemonade, sprite, coke
I also make these pretzel sticks dipped in peanut butter or chocolate and then freeze them--- they're really good!
you can also dip marshmallows in chocolate and freeze them... they're both great!
Hope I helped!

I don't know, it really depends on your budget!

I'm turning 15 in 11 days and I'm planning to go with a few friends to my favorite restaurant!

You could do that or you could do this little house party and a sleep-over with a movie. It should be fun and unforgettable!

I hope I helped! :D

There are many fun, clean party games you can play, like Twister, Do You Love Your Neighbor? and so forth. Of course you can eat. You can watch an appropriate movie. You can have a piñata.

A little swim party, or just a get together going to the mall, movies, bowling, or a golf & games place or something

I think that you should do a party themed like the show "Whose line is it anyway ". Your friends and you could have fun playing the games that are played on the show.
