Afterall, congress is a terrorist party and muslim party. So, if the terrorist is a muslim, no problem, the terrorist will have the absolute blessing of congress party. Traditionally, congress has always saved muslims right from partition.
See the justice to the innocent people who died in Mumbai blast and the soldiers died in the parliamnet attack. Afzal is not yet hanged because of people like Sonia, Abdul kalam etc. Justice in India is valid only for criminals and terrorist. It is also strange that media supports terrorist indirectly by not insisting on hanging for Afzal or the people involved in Mumbai blast or those involved in Combatore blast.
Is there any unbiased law or justice system in india. hy is that USA and other EU countries donot condemn such injustice?

Your question is hinting to your apprehension that Court punishments are not implemented with same force as it carries, because of vote politics. Your apprehension is not unfounded. What happened in Afzal case, we all have been witnessing. The Congress is hobnobbing in the matter because of its delicate government in Kashmir. It is very clear, otherwise a throughly verified case shoud not linger for long, if the party in power really wants that a tough message go to the anti-national elements and their sympathasiers.God save my country.

Why not. It wont come as a surprise if they pardon the convicted terrorists just to get the minority votes in case an election becomes due.
You see, the country comes after the party for the congressmen. For the sake of the party they can do any amount of damage to the systemsof governance, and then they have master oraters like Dasmunshi or Singvi who can justify any thing wrong or right.

The Supreme Court is the competent authority to review death sentences, not the Congress or any other political parties. If the SC confirms the death sentence, the convict can finally appeal to the President of India.

They cannot save as they lose electoral prospects. They may commute the sentence of death to imprisonment. More than that they cannot get them acquitted.
