I've never had a problem with Walmart or Target. Nordstrom has great customer service, so I'd think they'd have a good return policy. May Co. took anything back, but they're out of business. Oops.

Target. Usually a 90-day return.
I bought a Nikon camera from them before a trip to Russia. I kept the box etc. In Moscow my Nikon camera stopped working. I bought a new cheap camera there. Now I had 2 cameras. So I returned the defective camera for a full refund to Target. No problems or questions.

Circuit City used to have the "no hassle return policy," but I'm not sure if that's their policy anymore.

COSTCO
That's the only store where I've seen people returning big-screen TVs, and they take it back without a problem!

If you have a Macy's card, Macy's will take back anything- even without tags or a receipt. They do this because they want to keep their cardholders happy.
