No. You lose your virginity when you have sex. However, you can break or stretch your hymen when you finger yourself, which some people get confused with virginity. (The hymen is a thin border of skin partially covering the vaginal opening; however it usually takes something bigger than a finger to break it.) Either way, it doesn't matter. Just don't hurt yourself.

If you insert your finger inside your vagina you may break your hymen, which is taken as the sign of virginity. But fingering on the lips of vagina you will not loose your virginity.

You will still be a virgin (as a virgin is some one who has not had sexual intercourse) but you can break you hymen, depending on how rough or deep you go.
