or maybe you'd replace the S with a Z?

I personally like Isabel, that's what I named my daughter. Isabelle and Isabell would be the choices to follow, I don't like when it's spelled with an "O". Don't substitute the "S" with a "Z" I don't think it would sound very nice, or look good at all, it seems a little strong.
Good luck!

I personally like the Spanish version which is Isabel. It sounds very pretty also when pronounced in Spanish.

I named my first daughter Stefani instead of Stephanie because I like the way it looks and I didn't want her to have the same as all the other Stephanie's in the world. Turns out there are alot of girls that spell their name that way also.

Isabelle is the prettiest in my opinion.. I have a dog named IsabellA so thats why I dont like that as a baby name, but just think about it and it will eventually come to you!
