Of course you should be auditioning! That's part of gaining experience. You have to build a resume and you can't do that if you aren't auditioning for and getting roles. Get out there! 1 play is not enough...
Go get 'em!

Yes, definitely audition for whatever you can. Remember, if you are cast in a role then the director feels you can do that role. Going to auditions is part of the learning process of acting. You'll learn to do certain things at audtions that work and things that don't. Don't be intimidated by those who have been to multiple auditions. Don't let them bring you down. There are a lot of egotistical actors out there who will do things like that. It's because they have little confidence in themselves and they are threatened by others. Keep going to class and enjoy yourself. I wish you the very best!!

You know what? Since I was 12 I wantedto be an actor, in your country, I live in Brazil... Now, I have 14 years old, I started with my acting class 2 or 3 months ago, my first audition was 1 week before the start of the class! And guess what?? I passed! I have made a movie... It's so grate!
And, if you don't pass, remember, it's only one of the various you will have...
But... when you become famous, remember me! Right???

If you want to be an actor, you must do something every day toward progressing your career. Waiting at home for a once a week class just doesn't cut it when there are others out there hustling every day trying to make a name for themselves through classes, auditions, dropping off their headshots at casting offices, mailing your headshot to agents, networking, reading scripts, learning new monologues, reading acting books, etc...You are ready to audition for student films at the least. These are often up and coming directors, perhaps the next Steven Spielberg or David Fincher. Plus you gain credits and the all important on set experience. Check out www.actorsaccess.com for casting notices in your city. Best of luck, you can do it!

Sure, there's nothing wrong with going to auditions while you're still training. In fact, I can't think of a better way to get an instant read on the current state of your craft.
Go audition, and see what kind of response you get. If possible, try to speak to the directors for whom you audition. Ask them what they liked about your work, and ask them to offer constructive criticism. It's all a learning experience.

dude u always are ready for auditions! all u've gotta do is be prepared and u gotta DO. in my classes we did an auditions section and they are like so much help. just remember this
1. don't be obnoxious or loud stay calm and confident
2. ALWAYS be sure your song/monologue is well rehearsed
3. make sure that you have 2 songs in back up and know if there are any things going on that could kill ur audition. like they have a specific song or something they'd like you to show.
GOOD LUCK!
