well it kind of depends on the person if they're willing to change. If they cheated on someone and realized what they did is wrong and they can't live without that person then they'll change but if they just dont really care then they'll probably cheat all their life.

I don't think someone can really change. I do believe in Once a cheater, always a cheater. And if the person has really changed, they must accept that some people will never believe they have changed.

people can and do change it's a part of growing up and getting older. Life catchs up with us even if we don't want it to. People cheat for different reason too, so yes I definitely think they can change but they personally have to want to

maybe they will give up their cheating habits if they really care about a person, or if they felt really guilty, and they shouldnt do that anymore.
