I have a shop and its rented to one for doing clinical Lab.
That person is now asking for our Last "Tax Reciept" of that shop. He is telling that its for taking some kind of liecense and will return in some days.
1. I would like to know that is it safe to give the Tax Reciept to him? Will it make any problems to me?
2. Also we have not legally did an agreement for the RENTING of that bulding. Does it will cause any problems?
Please advice.

First thing which you do in this case is to first enter in a duly signed, witnessed & notarized legal agreement or contract with regard to leasing of this building/shop with him. Mind you any leasing any commercial premises to any one is always good for future reference & even eviction as this is a proof of the it being leased out to this person, if you are not interested in bringing the lease or rent word in the agreement then make an agreement as given on license to him for use only for specific purpose & time, this make more easier for you to get this building/shop evicted in future. You can even mention the details of the last property tax paid by you in this agreement itself with reference to the receipt number & date of the last property tax paid by you. Now tell him to use the copy of this agreement for getting any license he is looking forward, still if he insist for the receipt of the last property tax paid give him only the copy of the same attested by some gazetted officer or public notary don't give the original receipt in any case to him as its your property & proof of tax paid by you.

you have come across something that needs a straight away substitute. Hedge fund managers who make 6 Million money a twelve months pay in simple terms 15% Capitol constructive factors tax, rather of the 38% tax of the "bracket" they're truthfully in. a transformation interior the tax codes could sparkling up lots. Be taxed upon how lots you're making & not the way you made it. Tax the wealthy? There they're (all of them). leave the midsection type on my own.
