For Your Band Size
• Measure around your ribcage, directly under the bust.
• Add 5 to this measurement to obtain your band size. (i.e.: If your ribcage measurement is 29" + (5) = 34" band size.)
For your Cup Size
• Measure completely around the bust at the fullest point.
• Each inch of difference between this measurement and your BAND size = cup size. (i.e.: If your band size is 34" and your bust measurement is 35", you wear an "A" cup.)
If the difference is:
less than 1 inch = AA cup 3 inches = C cup
1 inch = A cup 4 inches = D cup
2 inches = B cup 5 inches = DD cup

The numbers for the bra sizes are actually the circumference of your bust... get a tape measure and measure it while a bra is on (better results)

You measure under your breasts, around your rib cage and add 5 to it, then you measure around your breasts and subtract the rib cage measurement from your bust size measurement and voila you have your cup size, the rib cage measurement is your bra size
if the difference is less than 1 inch its a AA, 1 inch is an A cup, 2 inches is a B cup, 3 inches is a C cup, 4 inches difference is a D cup and so on

In order to know the correct size you could try to take the measurements at home with a tape measure, or just go to a department store and let them do the measuring. To get the right directions for how to measure go to the site below.

go get professionally sized at Nordstroms/JCPenney/Sears (NOT victoria secret).
Or, measure around your chest under your breasts. Round up to the nearest inch, then add four if its an even number and five if it is an odd number. That is your BAND size.
Then measure around your chest across the nipples at the widest part of your breast. Round up. Subtract first number from second number.
1" is an A, 2" is a B, 3" is a C

First measure right under your breasts where your ribcage is, that number is your number size, then measure the fullest point of your breasts and subtract that number from the number size. If the difference is 1 you are an A cup, 2 a B cup, 3 a C cup and so forth.

Yes just get a measuring tape and wrap it around your inside breastline and chest. When it meets in the front of your breast, that is the measurement of your chest size. Now all you have to do now is determine your cup size and you're good to go! ... Good luck!
