Michaels never had a concussion. It was just used as a storyline to explain why he is not wrestling. In reality, he needed knee surgery, and is expected to be out until at least November.
Michaels had needed the knee surgery for quite a while, dating back to when DX reunited. He put off the surgery so they could do the DX angle, and again when he got a singles push leading to his WrestleMania match.
It got to the point where he couldn't wrestle on it anymore, so he needed to have the surgery done.

The week before the match on RAW, Michaels was attacked by Orton after his match with Edge and was attacked during Judgment Day backstage by Orton, which contributed to his injury from The Great Khali; at Judgment Day, Orton defeated Michaels when he collapsed during the match. Michaels was then joined by his wife, Rebecca, in the ring and taken out of the arena on a stretcher. by now he is at home!!

SHAWN AND R.V.D HAVE A CONCUSSION THEY WONT BE BACK TILL A COUPLE OF MONTHS. BESIDES TRIPLE H WILL BE BACK AT SUMMERSLAM TO GET RANDY ORTON BACK FOR REVENGE FOR WHAT HE DID TO SHAWN AND R.V.D.
