Well, the first thing will be that you won't be able to have sex with your uncle anymore. The second thing will be that your mother will be her brothers mother-in -law. Family reunions will take on a new appeal, a sense of purpose not found in most families. Spin the bottle anyone? I'm sure your sister is very fond of her uncle, but is this for convienence, say, she is pregnant by some other person, and the uncle is taking the blame. Does the sister have a different father, are you sure she is even your sister. Half the women in your family say they'll never go to bed with this uncle again. Perhaps a family meeting is in order, bring chairs, and no pillows. best

Given the way you phrase it...your sister isn't your uncle's niece? In any case, even if their relationship is ONLY through the marriage of other family members they can not get married in most states (USA) at least not while the marriages that make them family are still intact.

It's kinda sad and sickening. Your Uncle and you sister both need help. I would try to talk to them. the could possibly have children with birth defects.

It's just NOT a good idea to marry your family.

She & him both break the law. I'm sorry, not only is this illegal (and should be) but it's gross. Hopefully this is a joke and not a real question but if it is real I would say they both need help.

They should have found other people to fall in love with.
There is nothing you can do to stop it, but don't let it blur your own morals-it is not normal, and do not let yourself think it's ok.
