No she has had implants. She admits to having numerous cosmetic surgeries including a face lift. She jokes about it quit often. She has told the story many times of when she was little her and her mom went in to town and say what was a hooker. Dolly looked at the women who had make-up caked on tight clothes and high heels. Dolly told her mom, "I want to look like that when I grow up." She jokes that she has lived up to it. I don't she looks like a hooker, but that is her words not mine.

On a 2003 taping of Oprah, the talk show host asked what kind of cosmetic surgery Parton had ever undergone. Parton stated that she felt that cosmetic surgery was imperative in keeping with her famous image, but jokingly admitted "If I have one more facelift I'll have a beard!". Parton has repeatedly joked about her physical image and surgeries, saying "If I see something sagging, bagging and dragging, I’m going to nip it, tuck it, and suck it!" and "It takes a lot of money to look this cheap."

No. They were naturally big, then she lost weight (early 90's?) & got them done so she could still "be" Dolly. She said Dolly Parton HAD to have big boobs.

As far as wondering if she has naturally large breasts, the answer is definitely YES. Regardless of what others say to the contrary, her bust is real. Now she might've had them "lifted" or such, but they are naturally BIG! The reason I know is that I once saw some photos of her as a teenager and they were huge! Believe me, it wasn't a matter of stuffing socks in her bra either!

Sure sweetie,... and so is her hair, her eye lashes, her hips, her nails, and that beautiful taught skin that she manages to maintain in her golden years.
The only thing I know not to be beautiful illusion (she is an artist), is that mind, those lyrics, and that voice. That's all that matters.
I'm not the least bit into country music. I was raised on jazz, but even I pay respects to Great Dolly Parton. God Bless her. ;)

Although Ms. Parton did have naturally large breasts she did have them augmented to give them lift.

yes they are natural. i first saw her on the porter wagner show and they were real them. that was many yrs back before plastic ones

That's very questionable even if you asked her now a days a lot of people if they do or don't have implants they will say no.
