English is my second language so when I get stuck during a conversation, I usually end up just speaking French, asking myself what was I gonna say...qu'est-ce que je voulais dire....for many of my interlocutors, they just hear gibberish.
But I try to swear by using non swearing words, in order not to chock parents of small children in public places...
So if you hear me swear, I would probably say something like "sockets!" (if I bump my knee) or "what's the bottleneck?" (if the store just closed because I could buy anything).
If I inadvertently swear in French, I will ask you to forgive my French...literally.

yeah and im starting to do it in sentences. like ill just talk my own language for a minuite or too. its pretty funny.

I do that all of the time! I always get my words mixed up and end up putting two words together! It always sounds funny! : ) I always laugh at myself though! : )
