I live at the beach so I just wait for the wind off the water, lol thinking, thinking....the beach is fun, wish you could all be here and happy you are not!

Go work off some steam at the gym, feel fabulous after cardio, and the take a nice dip in the pool. I especially like the part in which I lie in the water, playing dead. Then a nice dip in the hot tub, to relax, and rise of in the pool again, makes me feel faaaabulous!
