Some questions to expect:

why you want it (was is rape, incest, down sydrome),
why you think you should be allowed to have it done,
what your parents think (do not fall for it when they say "your father is a minister would he want this to happen"),
how long into the pregnancy are you (3 months, 2nd trimester etc),
have you considered the consequences of having an abortion
why won't your parents allow it (why is it so hard for you to get parental consent)
why can't you give the child up for adoption,
if you are normally sexually active,
will it affect your mental state if you don't/have it,
what will you do if you have it (will you put it up for adoption, will your parents raise it etc)
what your current lifestyle is (do you go out drinking every Friday and Saturday night and come home hung over)
what are your plans for the future if you did/didn't have this child,
what about the father does he want the child?
would the father's parents be willing to raise the child,

The judge depends. There are all sorts of judges. Your lawyer may know something about him and his viewpoints (is he pro-life). It may also depend on whether or not abortion is legal in VA.

Also your doctor may be present to give testify on why/why not it should be done.

See if you can get a character reference from a family friend/teacher.

Get all your facts together and see if you can find someone to prep you in the questions you may expect. Try to sit in front of a friend and have them ask the questions, do not break down in tears.

Best of luck.

Please rethinking what you are planning on doing. Talk to your parents and find out what other choices you have. Then if you feel like you don't want the baby, put it up for adoption. You'll be glad you did. There are couples out there who can't have children and would really give you child a good home. They will even pay all the expenses for having the baby. And if you think you would like to someday know the child you can put your name on a list so he/she can find you. I'd really like to know what you decide.

Probably not as strict as God will be on Judgement Day...
take some time to think it over! You don't want a lifetime of regret. Things will get better! You're not the first person who felt pressured to get an abortion--I said no when I was, glad I did.

Do what will make you happy. If you have to stand before a judge, be strong and let her know why you MUST do this and be firm. I'll keep you in my prayers.

Hon, I don't know, but good luck.

Don't let a boy talk you into anything again!

Good luck sweetie, my thoughts will be with you.

Don't worry, you will not regret it, it's the best thing you can do.

I wish I could be there to help you through this.
