Between those two I would pick lightning....less blood

I'll take my chances with lightning bolts rather than with shark bites.
7 lightning strikes is the record and 462 stitches for a shark attack (see below!)

Sharks might not intend to consume a person, but they can kill a person just with the first test bite, trying to find out if it is something they do want to eat such as: dolphins, whales, or snappers.

The Guinness Book of World Records lists Roy Sullivan of Virginia as the human being struck by lightning the most times: seven.

Rodney Fox got himself into the Guinness Book
of World Records by surviving a mauling by a great white that took 462 stitches to repair.
