okay so yesterday somebody stole my G00D karma red ipod nano!

now, i am consideringg getting the ipod video, i would only have a few movies, tv shows and music videos.. and i really like how big the screen is,etc.
but is it TOO big for going to the gym?
what should i get ipod video or Nano??
i just need a second oppinion!

That's Karma for you... I would get an iPod VIdeo because you can watch movies and PodCasts

I dont think the ipod video is too big, but they told me at the apple store that the ipod nano has less of a chance of being broken. Whether thats true or not, im not sure. But if you break things easily you may want to consider the nano. If not, get the ipod video. That's what i would get. Plus the low end ipod video is the same price as the high end ipod nano, and it stores a lot more songs.

I have both and I only use the nano. But if you're going to be watching movies and videos on it a lot it'll probably be worth it to you. It is big compared to the nano but it's the same size as the original and people have taken it to the gym so I'm sure I'll be fine

i prefer the ipod nano because it is small, and the new black ones hold 2,000 songs. i never have liked the small screen on the video, but if you prefer to be able to watch videos then perhaps its the one for you. i have noticed with the ipod video that it takes longer to move from song to song by clicking the next button on the wheel because of the large memory. the new nanos also hardly scratch and are less expensive if cost is an issue, and the videos scratch easier and cost more. i hope ive helped you make you decision =)

Go the ipod video for sure you may only have a few movies and videos now but you never know what you will want later. nano just don't hold enough music for me

just for the record, the money for the red nano. doesnt even profit aids. its much better to just straight donate. cus the money travels through all the different accociated companies and people before it gets to aids funding..
no the ipod video is a MUCH better buy.
i have one and i thought it was big, but a week later i loved it. you can also get freen music videos off of google video searches.
if your watching a video (must be on the acctuall google site), it gives you an option to download in ipod format. then drag it to itunes and your ipod...FREE MUSIC VIDS!

Video, my brothers got stolen, he got the video, its better for him cuz he has like 5,000 songs and the nano only held 500. Great for videos too. But it is more likely to screw up your computer or break...

i think the ipod video is best, you can see pictures clearer and even watch videos, plus you can hold more songs..i've found ways to use it for the gym, like if you have a pocket, or if you're on the trending machine they usually have spaces for water bottles and such so you can put it there

i say nano becasue it fits in your pocket or wherever you need 2 put it a lot easier and if you only have a few videos and stuff y pay all that extra money

It's perfect for the gym! I watch Simpsons episodes on it everytime I'm on the cardio machine. It makes the exercise session breeze by!
