There is a black squirrel that I named Sir Baskerville. Our house butts up against a forest, and at the end of this forest is our patio, and a huge 100+ year old Oak tree that sheds thousands of acorns a year, which he spends a lot of time working on. This little guy is quite a character. He will walk right up to your foot and look up at you, begging for some bread, which I'd started throwing out last summer. If he had the nerve, I think he would climb right up my leg and look me in the eye and chatter, "Hey, where's my bread, lady?"
