LOL. I always TRY to go to sleep at 1 or 2, but I'm still not tired enough to actually fall asleep. I just listen to music for 3 hrs straight, until I get tired...um...but since that's not working for you, you can just write in a diary.

MELATONIN--- you can get it at the health food store. Makes you sleep like you did when you were a kid, but you don't wake up with that Tylenol PM hangover feeling!
Try it!
I also like to PRAY the alphabet...what I mean is, I start with the letter A....think of my friends like Angela, April, Arnold...etc and pray for them. Then I move on the B....I generally fall asleep at around F.
