And I don't just mean New Orleans. I live in a town (small city) called Houma. We have Mardi Gras parades here to. And people who go to parades bring their kids. Well, this past year, I went to the one parade I could get off work for, and low and behold there are these skanks from Mississippi flashing their boobs. Now, if they were in New Orleans, I wouldn't care, because I wouldn't have to look at it, and there wouldn't be children around, but that pissed me off to no end because there were children running around everywhere. I don't want my family exposed to that nonsense.
Women, listen to me when I say this: If you want beads so bad, go buy some. The ones you catch when you flash your breasts, I could go to a store and buy a whole gross (12 packs of 12 beads) for about $20, and I get to keep my self respect.

I' am from New Orleans and I couldn't agree with you more. I never understood why women flashed themselves, its not that serious. But most of them are drunk, so they just don't care. But now, most cops and towns cracked down on that kind of behavior.
