I absolutely do and I have been in their presence. It was one of those things that I didn't believe until I saw it. Nature devas are quite wonderful, as well. Just don't make the fairies angry...

I believe in faeries.

And in all actuallity the idea of faeries as we know them today was not always how they were perceived. The idea of the tinkerbell faery came about in the victorian ages.

In Ireland there was a group of Faery called the Tuatha De Dannan, who were taller than the human of that time.

Yes. Actually I have had experiences with devas of different sorts. Most people see a little sparkle languidly drifting around their plants... that is a plant deva. You may have observed an isolated group of leaves on a tree or bush jangling on a clear calm night... no animals causing it... that is a deva. Just focus and send it love and mentally ask it to come closer and it probably will.

Devas are fairys that take care of specific types of living things... like one would look after all the pine trees on a given lot, or another would look after all the frogs... you get the idea.

Most recently have experienced a cat deva... I have 4 cats, so because of their presence, there is a "cat deva" in the house. When the cats want attention, such as wanting me to get up and feed them, they send in the deva to rattle the side of my mattress to wake me up. Once I figured that one out, I just ask the deva to leave me alone because the cats have plenty of food in the kitchen.

yes there are people who believe in them, just as many people believe different aspects on religions like gods and not what, and regarding the comment by davcrlxblu5....your an idiot..before you try to call someone stupid for a mispelling you should check to make sure your right, fairie is one way to spell it and so is fairy. just like you can spell it color, colour; or shop, shoppe, or any other of the many words with multiple spellings, magic, magick, in fact many times the actual spelling of the word in cases like magick and fairies distinguishes what exactly your talking about. Magic, is usually used to describe stage magic while magick is used to describe supernatural powers.

It is of Irish Folklore that Fairies are fallen angels who were not bad enough to send to hell, but a bit too mischievous to stay in heaven. So, they sent them to Eire which has been a bit of both.

I believe in fairy tales and I find that offensive. My beliefs are no more ludicrous than Christians, Hindus, or anyone else; they really aren't.
