Between "anyway" and "anyways", "anyway" is correct.

Between "people" or "peoples", the case is a little more involved. "People" can be either a plural of "person" or it can refer to an ethnic group (In this case, it's used as a singular noun). In this application of the word "people", "peoples" is an acceptable plural.

Anyway and people are correct usages. People is always plural, but there is no plural for anyway in correct grammar. However, the dictionary does list "anyways" as an outdated or archaic form for "anyhow".

Even though people in Boston use "anyways", "anyways" is always wrong. The correct term is anyway.

People can be people or peoples, depending on the usage. People is the standard usage which will be correct most of the time.

Peoples (as a plural) is used to refer collectively to the entire body of persons who constitute a community, tribe, nation, or other group.

Peoples of the world unite. (This would mean that all races, creeds, groups, types should unite.)
This differs from "People of the world unite." which doesn't refer to type.

All peoples are welcome. (all types of people are welcome.)

All people are welcome. (all individuals are welcome.)

Well it depends on how your using the the word.

Here are some examples: I stole the bees nest ANYWAYS even though I knew it was wrong. There is not ANYWAY to solve this problem.

And for people it is always people.

Hope that helps!

anyway.

if you are using people as a possessive noun you should write it with apostrophe s.
if it is just a noun no need for apostrophe s
