Which is Greater?

"A picture is worth a thousand words"

BUT

"The pen is mightier than the sword"

So.........which is greater, a picture or the pen?

We draw picture by using a pen

But to make pen, first we have to design the picture of a Pen.

if think a word, place, person etc..etc... first our mind creates a picture of the particular thing. then only we speak or write about that.

So PICTURE is greater one.

how is that?

Pen. Why? Because I can draw a picture with a pen. But I can't write with a picture.

Pen is in the hand of the designer of those pictures. So pen is the obvious.

I write short stories and poems, so I would go with "The pen is mightier than the sword" - but I love art as well...tough one.
