how about we build our own custom contact team, by allowing only our friends IP addresses to be accepted, and this feature can be toggled on and off when there are a lot of trolls. so unless they copy the speccific IP address of one of the friends we accepted, they dunt have access. like we make our friends IP addresses a password to our questions.

You just went wayyy over everyones heads with this one. We shouldn't need such a feature because of the Block User already in place and IP numbers are confidential.
