I) 1/2 inch sanded one side $13.45
2) 3/4 inch sanded one side $31.50
3) 5/8 inch sanded one side $18.98
This is all standard plywood not oak, or anything exotic that runs into money. And this is not treated plywood that can be used outdoors, add about $5.00 bucks to a sheet for treated, it varies.

It depends on the grade of plywood, and the thickness. Chipboard (the stuff that looks like it is made from chips of wood glued together) starts at about $7 for a 4 x 8 foot sheet where I live (western Washington state), and goes up from there.
You can call Home Depot and ask them what their prices are; that will give you an idea of how much your project might cost.
Good luck!

I don't have a clue but you can call places like HOme Depot, Lowes and ask them. The largest sheet I have seen is 4x8 ft. There all different kinds of wood and different depths from 1/4 inch up to I believe 1/2 inch.
