Theres a great website to do dialoges for acting or any type of speaking. Theres a really cool website called IDEA which means International Dialects of English Archives. It's really cool because you can listen to different english dialects from all over the world. They record natives from that particular area and let them read a sample book. THe website is http://web.ku.edu/idea/

There's a bookstore called Samuel French in Studio City Ca.
They have a whole wall dedicated to CD courses on every kind of accent and dialect there is. Google for the number and ask if they have one you want. I think they cost twenty bucks or so but I'm not sure. And give MEEEEE ze best answer! I deserve it more zan him! You feelthy American peeg! See, I wrote that with a French accent. Wasn't that great?

You won't learn an accent from a website: it must be heard and spoken, then evaluated. If you want to learn an accent, you should study the language that you wish to emulate, then take the perspective of that language back into English (American or British, whichever). It's not an easy fix; if you wish to sound convincing, you must do the homework.
