Must be 35, natural-born citizen, and have lived in the US for the past 14 years.
Those are the only requirements.

you need to be born in the US and 35 year olds. There are no educational requirements. All you have to do is convince people in every state that you should be President.

In the United States you have to be a least thirty-five years old, and a native born American citizen. Nothing more.

Not sure, but you should probably know that the English subjunctive would call for the word "were" and not "was." That's probably at least a start.
