Could be an obstruction on her fallopian tubes, like endometriosis. That's serious stuff, get off of Yahoo answers and tell her to make an appointment with her OB/GYN ASAP.

It's not that unusual to skip a month or two, however, she should see a doctor to avoid endometriosus etc., which can occur with the build-up of uterine lining. He may prescribe her some progesterone.

This could be a sign of menapause,b/c i know i got told when i was 15,that i started going through it.........most people will tell you that it don't start till your 30`s but i know that is bullcrap!Tell your sister to go get check out ASAP!Good luck

She should go and see her doctor because it no period could be a sign of a lot of different things like stress, exercise a lot, Endometriosis, ovarian cancer, cyst and a lot of other things.
