I thought that becoming an RA at my university was going to give me the privilege to have my car on campus....well I'm only an upcoming sophomore and whether you're an RA or not, sophomores CANNOT have cars.....my parents bought me a new car thinking I can take it down there with me but.........I NEED some excuses where it is necessary to have a car....WHAT SHOULD I DO?????

1. I would say I have a job off campus but I cant balance a job AND RA.....

2.I could forge my registration to say I'm a junior but the paperwork goes through the police department and I WILL GET CAUGHT......

Just curious...why do you NEED to have a car on campus? The older students earned the right to do it through years of hard work and you would be taking someone's spot who might really need it. They are going to tell you that unless you are handicapped, you aren't getting a spot. I guess you could paralyze yourself but that's not cool. So, IMO, they are going to tell you no unless you have medical proof of something.

If the school says you can't have a car, you can't have a car on campus. Can you park the car somewhere nearby? It seems to be your only option unless you want to leave the car at your parents' house for a year until you are eligible to use it.

easiest way is to get a job where you work late and would therfore have to drive... say you need t he job to support you education and as soon as they let you have the car quit your job and never mention it again. you can also use church or bible study as an excuse not having a car would stunt your spiratual growth say your church is an hour away.... hmmmmmmm you could make up a sick family member you have to visit often.....

Why are you so priveledged to be above the rules? Are you a super special sophomore that is entitled to have a care even though no one else is? Suck it up and leave your car at home until you're allowed to bring it to school. Follow the rules just like everyone else.
