General disconnection with each other. Our families, our communities. General intolerance and self-righteousness.

If you want to put a religious spin on it, (almost) every religion on earth references a dragon or a serpent being responsible for the downfall of man. They also usually symbolize or make reference the inner struggle, across cultural lines.

It would have to immorality due to rejection of God/religion or God/religion not being as important/influential in people's lives anymore. Everywhere you look, the core of society is breaking, which is the family. Drugs, casual sex, domestic abuse, alchohol, and abortions are destroying and breaking families apart. America needs to retrace its religious roots, repent of their sins, and trust in God the Almighty! God bless.

selfishness...
in marriage, what's the reason sex, money, communication, etc are problems? It's because someone is too selfish to give or accept during sex, someone is too selfish with money and either doesn't give any to their spouse or spends it all before puting their family first, someone is too selfish to give in and share feelings
In politics, selfishness leads to greed and not recalling the citizens come first, not their pocket books
In everything. Selfishness is one's unwillingness or inability to put other people first. A lack of service or kindness. The twisting of the true spirit of feminism, integration, marriage, etc is selfishness in one person's or a group of people's ideals
