yes it matters to the true fans because we care about the record so much, it is so valuable the most prestigious honor and to have a cheating sob own that honor for any moment is a terrible thing. barry is a disappointment everywhere and is not the greatest player ever. he is a cheater and all of his stats should be erased. hank aaron did it naturally and i will still consider him home run champ after bonds breaks the record. bonds does not deserve the hall of fame by a long shot.

no, it doesnt matter what bonds* does at this point.. hes gonna get the "*" if not officially by mlb, then unofficially by the public... i see today in the news, hes in a world of sh*t* with grand juries, the irs, his ex gf is squealing on him, and the chemist at balco says he made the crap especially for bonds*. the chemist also said there was no way he didnt know what he was taking and has records outlining his drug use and how much of it was in him...... does it make a difference??? we all know he did it....what a slug*

Would it make a difference if Barry was competing in the Olympics or the Tour de France? Cheating is cheating.

of course. Personally i hate barry any man that would cheat to make themselves better i think it just stupid. Anyways alex rodriguez is on track to beat barry so he wont be leading for that long.

It makes a difference to some, and none to others.

It certainly makes no difference to the haters, because they hate Bonds no matter what.

It makes a HUGE difference. Every single homer he hit he cheated on. And Aaron, not one. He hasn't hit one real home run.

not really, if baseball isn't going to do something about it, why should the fans be overly concerned, we are, after all, simply their employers, not like we have any power.
