It depends on who your are. Fortunately we all a little different at least.
For me, I like physics and mathematics and similar. I am not as fond of experimental physics as I am of theoretical. I like to be able to solve problems from basic principles and not rely on data, conventions and special materials and aparati. I could not work comfortably in life sciences where you depend on a knowledge of systems and established conventions and nomenclature to a far higher extent. Thank goodness others love that stuff though.

This is a subjective question and your answers are going to be varied. Every person has an interest in one subject or another, whether it be sciences, fine arts, and or hobbies. Of course those who love chemistry are going to say chemistry, just as a biologist will say biology. Don't forget there are combinations of the sciences as well, such as biochemistry, biophysics, physical chemistry, astrophysics, geophysics, geochemistry, etc. etc.. The opposite could be true as well. Those who love chemistry might just find biology boring, or a biologist would find physics boring. I hope I am clear enough here. I also hope you will find which science you like best, the subject that piques your curiosity and keeps your interest.
Good luck and happy learning.

Okay, well in my point of view no science is boring, and every single field/subfield listed below is purely remarkable, thought-provoking, exciting and most of all fascinating! Once you get to them deeply it is anything but boring. Science is human knowledge and knowledge is power and in this society that is what we, man-kind, aim for! Teaching method is the key here. Science CAN get boring (in fact anything or anyone can get boring when enthusiasm is lacking) when taught faultily!

That's a question about you, not about science. Just start studying them and see which ones excite you. Don't let a bad teacher or the unavailability of a class discourage you; just do it on your own.

Only you know what you find interesting. Some people might find geology interesting and other people would find it boring.
When I was in college, there were some courses that I thought would be interesting, that weren't, because the professor or teacher didn't present it well.
