Picks up condiments at the store in the morning while you are getting coffee, to eat for lunch...... I really mean eat them, open them up and suck it all out!! How strange, we know one person!

Lol ... that reminds me of a guy I seen on TV ... he grabs as many ketchup packages, salt, pepper, jam ... anything he can get his hands on ... then fills his jars etc ... with all the stuff he got.
Oh, he also washed his Scott towels and re-used them AND bought two-ply tissue and rolled one of the plys onto another roll. His kids were only allowed to use 5 squares, when going to the washroom. Now THIS GUY tops the weirdo list!! :)
