I've never used it, but I can visualize in my mind that yes some people very well could be happily married from it. The question I would ask you is what are you motives for considering online dating. Maybe you do not even know why your choosing to do so, or maybe you totally do. My only reason for questioning your motives for online dating is that you may, and I am speaking in complete generality here, be using online dating to avoid some of the obstacles you face in typical day-to-day "real-life" situations. In other words, are you using online dating because your apprehensive about approaching guys in real life? Online dating would then maybe in that case be a way to not face a fear or potential weakness. If this is not an issue, and if your certain there are no other reasons such as this, then go ahead and give it a shot because many people do find healthy enjoyable relationships in this manner. I would simply warn of course that because people are able to hide behind a computer screen, it is oftentimes possible that people like they do on resumes fudge things. Sometimes not fudged but just plain false through and through. Just be mindful and maintain a good level of skepticism when it comes to online dating.

No there isn't but I tell you what too do. Tell that person to send you some more pictures of them. If they have more then one or two then that is them. Like over time get them too send you some. It will come out in the end. Most that have fake pictures only have like one or two. But if they have a load then it's them....Who would the person be. Or if you know one of thier friends have them to take a pic. Making body signs are good too. Have them to write something and hold the sign.....

no there is no such website. I believe such a website would have to pick up the input picture and search thru the databases of hundreds of sites to find a match. thats complex !! coz this time its an image instead of a simple text. particularly if its a high resolution image e.g. a jpeg , then it could be enormously time-consuming

Why don't you have them send you several (like 5) photos of themselves.........it will be highly unlikely that they can find several pix of the same person......OR post the picture (which could be very, very bad if it backfires) and ask people.......hmmm.........I think that second suggestion is not such a good idea. Good luck.
