If you are smart, you will vote the republicans in to office unless you are looking forward to a socialist or communistic society and want even more illegal immigrants to come running across the border.

At the Federal level it is 536. But, it's not going to happen for a number of reasons. Primarily it will be because only half of eligible voters are even registered to vote and only one in five of those has ever read the Constitution. So, they won't know the answer to the question you posed, since they have no in-depth knowledge of the two branches with elected officials.
