...ah, yes!!! Independent film director/producer Tim Ritter's very disturbing, raw and viceral horror/terror film series, which includes:
"Truth or Dare: A Critical Madness" (1986)
"Writer's Block: Truth or Dare 2" (1995)
"Screaming for Sanity: Truth or Dare 3" (1998)
...unfortunately, these most unusual and wholly unsettling films have yet to see release on DVD, and the VHS tapes might be very difficult to flag down (EBay, and private sellers on Amazon, perhaps?); I've virtually worn out MY tapes, over the years.
...see!?!? Be rest assured, my fellow independent horror/terror film fan, that there ARE still some of us, who STILL remember; oh, perish the thought!!!

Yes! A very disturbing movie. Impossible to forget. If it is the one with a scene where a car hits a pram, runs over the mother, backs up and spins tires on her, then this is the one.

I think Mel is correct. It was Just one of the guys. She attends a different high school as a guy to help her write a newspaper story.
