With 27" rims & have gold teeth?

I teach on the bad side of town, and have students on free lunch who come to school with gold chains, talking about getting the latest game/game system, going on vacation, etc...and yeah, their parents own expensive big cars, but I don't know about the rims or teeth...

My cousin stay in the housing projects with a green hummer sitting on some 28" spinners but he has no gold teeth....yet

We don't really have projects or ghettos where I live (Anchorage, Alaska) but we do have some lower income neighborhoods and what many people there drive, I couldn't come close to affording.
I prefer to spend my money on housing but I guess others prefer fine vehicles. To each his own. LOL
P.S. I don't have any gold teeth either.

I see that often.
I've seen houses leaning over to one side with a tarp covering a hole in the roof but a $50-60k vehicle in the drive way with another $20-30k of customization on it.
