I would take a perfet smile and get rid of the cash. If no dentist was available I would make myself slimmer in the middle.

Oh.. I would take the improvement. I would want a breast lift! After breast feeding 4 kids, I want my perkier boobs back!

$500 is not much money....you would get a better response with $5 million. For $500 I would not even have to think about it. I couldn't even have 1 procedure I want for that amount.
To the lady who breastfeed 4 kids and wanted perky breasts...I hear ya sister....$6,000!

I've lost a lot of weight, and still have about 40 pounds to go.
If someone really offered me this choice, I would choose to have the weight disappear -- and I'd offer the person $500 just to show my appreciation!
