Only in your imagination. Of course, if a criminal breaks into your home and plans to kill you from your closet, then he could be classified as a "closet monster".

There are closet ghost but there have been a few stories about demons and closets but there are many and I do mean many stories about poltergeist living in a person closet... But only one or two stories about a monster being is a person closet...............................................
