I got a bunch of old computers, and I want to update the graphics card. I got my friend over whos really good with computers and he said the first thing I needed to do was upgrade my power supply for all the computers. He gave me a power supply he wasn't using, which is 550 w. max. and we swapped it with a 200 w. So then he gives me an graphics card he stole from his brother, we went to put it in, but it was an AGP card, and all the computers i have are PCI express. My friend now left, and im stuck shopping for a PCI card. Thing is I know nothing about graphics cards, when I shop for a graphics card, what do I look for. Are there any suggestions on what I should get. I have a VERY limited buget and i'm looking for something 70 bucks or less.

PCI-Express motherboard?

Well, the GeForce 7300GT is your card- around 60 bucks. If you can scrape up around 80 bucks then I'd recommend getting the Geforce 7600GT instead, it's a much better peformer for just a little more money.

Skip the Radeon series unless you're spending $150 or more- the X1950s are awesome but the lower-end X1650 and X1550 cards are more expensive than equivalent GeForce cards.

70 bucks wont get you anything real great. although there are good AGP slotted cards out there. I personaly like Radeon. I have a Radeon X1650 Pro PCI express, and it pwns.
why not go for something like this?
