Actually someone does, because I've done a lot of pet rescues & you can get cat milk (and I assume dog milk) from a vet. They sell goat milk in cans in the store which is compatible with most animals. They even use goat milk for orphaned manatees!

On "Meet the Parents", doesn't Ben Stiller talk about milking a cat, and says "you can milk anything with nipples". Robert DeNiro's like, "I have nipples, could you milk me?"

Teats are too small. You would only get about 1 tsp a day.
