What I did was call meade and tell them what model I had and ask them to mail me a manual. It should've come with your telescope.
I'll go get the number , I wrote it down on the manual they sent me.

they do have a page with product instruction manuals to print out..

I couldn't find a dh4, but the first source is the 114eq-d. If that is not your model, try one of the others at the second source. Even if your exact model is not there, one of them is probably close enough.
