Definitely ,YES.
Another good idea is Divide the number of workers in the business and Divide the total of all of managements pay ,including the CEO`S and give the amount to workers if the wages are higher .I am sure they will be .
Our penion plan pays out to the financial advisors 4 times the amount ,what they pay the 4000 pensioneers per year .

I already do but im under union contract. Actually I get the double time after 49 hours.

That should depend on your contract with your employer. Most employers already do something similar. I believe that it is law to pay time and a half after forty-eight hours of work (this may vary state to state).

Heck yes, but smaller companies will just hire 2 people to work part time each so they dont have to pay one person overtime pay.

yes they should and I think people who work over 50 hrs. a week are crazy!! Yes they should be paid double time.
