It somewhat relies upon on the situation. if your canine became in basic terms off working around and went into the line and that they hit it, it is your fault, you pay. If the canine became on your sources and that they hit the canine, the pay simply by fact they don't have been on your sources. in the event that they have been using recklessly like 40 5 mph in a 20 mph velocity zone, they could be ticketed, yet finally your canine became interior the line, it is your fault. the sole time i've got considered a case win the place a canine became hit via a vehicle became whilst the owner became strolling his canine and not utilising a leash on his very own sources and somebody got here with the aid of in a beat up field vehicle and hit his canine. simply by fact the guy had no suitable to be on his sources he became at risk of the vet expenditures and soreness and suffering simply by fact the canine died simply by incident.

It`s up to the police officer to press charges . All i can say is be ready to be bailed out of jail. If it was me i would push the issue . Due to the fact you have put the burden on the people who you hit . Why should they pay for your mistake for the next five years on there insurance policy. Should of just stayed there and worked things out . All you did is made the whole situation worse for you.

Have your Insurance carrier contact the owner of the other car. This should clear it all up. UNLESS the have a hair up their butt and press charges.

Work fast and be sorry in your tone. It may go way if you do this.

Insurnace should take care of everything. You should go to court you might just get off with a slap on the wrist and pay a small fine. How did they find you?

Lets see...you hit a car because you don't know how to park.....you drove off....that's called a "hit and run" (its illegal) and now you think your sad sob story is gonna get you off the hook. I hope you lose your license, I think you have no place behind the wheel of a car.

As long as the damages are settled, it will probably just go away.
