She is about 9 weeks old, and I just noticed it tonight. Around her eye is redder than normal (she's albino), and there is a bit of discharge, and it looks swollen.
It's 9:00 at night here, and I'd rather not have to call a vet for emergency, unless I don't have a choice.
Is there any way I can clean the eye until morning, or will this make things worse?
Please give me some advice!

The discharge is a whitish color.

It's not an emergency, but you should take her to a vet in the morning. What color is the discharge? If it is clear and thin, it's possible she just scratched her eye or has dust in it. Some rabbits are sensitive to dust in pellets, bedding, and hay so you have to be more careful with that. If the discharge is thicker or is white it's more likely to be an infection.

You can gently wipe around her eye with a warm wet towel. Using chamomile tea instead of water might help reduce inflammation although I haven't actually seen any difference.

She might have poked it with something in her cage. Check to see if a nail or a piece of wire is sticking out. Also check out her eye to see if a piece of hay or hair got stuck in it. After you do this, wash your hand and pour a little bit of alcohol on them. You don't want to get an eye infection too.
In the morning, check out your rabbit again, and if it look worse, take her the vet for some antibiotics for eye. Infection can lead to blindness.

I do hope that she is in her own cage. Rabbits left together sometimes kill each other off when they fight. This happens at night, and you might not even know that one is being killed off from stress or being chased.

For tonight, I would use a soft damp warm cloth and GENTLY wipe her eye. In the morning, call your vet and ask if there is anything that you can do, or if it is necessary to bring her in to see him/her.
You never know, it might be better in the morning.
Actually, even if it looks better in the morning, it would still be best to speak to your vet. You might think that you have solved the problem with wiping it yourself, but sometimes, it might be a little more involved than you can handle.
Our pets are worth taking care of to the best of our abilities.
If this means taking them to the vet more than we might actually want to, then that is what we must do.
I hope that your bunny is better soon.
