There already is. There's a Preschooler Section, an Infant and Toddler Section, a Children Section, a Teen Section and a Senior Citizen Section.

There probably should be, but you really can't enforce it on the Internet unless when you sign up for Yahoo answers you have to put your birth date, but people with always lie.

I really wish they had a site like this for teens so they could feel comfortable and we wouldn't have to watch what we say so much.
