Yes, someone being hit by a car, someone being assaulted, watching someone I love die, someone I love struggling to breathe, I think we all witness things that are horrible sometimes in our lives.

I watched a woman die after a drunk driver hit her head on. My friends and I stayed with her until her last breath....which was before the ambulance showed up. She wasn't alone.
