You have to have a final judgment for dissolution of marriage before you can remarry. Also, depending on what state you're in, there may be a waiting period to remarry if you didn't take a marriage counseling class with your future spouse. The funny thing is, here in Florida, the marriage counseling book discusses mostly about divorce!

Are you a dog, what papers? If you are talking about your divorce decree then you can't be remarried until they are finalized by a Judge.
